Bill Blanton
Founder
Bill is a founder, operator, and investor with more than five decades of experience across financial institutions, technology-enabled businesses, and real estate. He founded CINC Systems, building and scaling a national platform that integrated technology, capital solutions, and operational infrastructure, culminating in a successful strategic transaction with the family retaining a minority ownership interest. His banking career includes service as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chief Financial Officer of multiple institutions, along with extensive board leadership. Bill currently serves as Chairman of the Board of First Century Bank, N.A., and has previously served on the boards of several financial institutions. Earlier in his career, he was a bank examiner with the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and later led a consulting practice focused on financial institution performance and restructuring. His experience spans regulatory oversight, capital formation, strategic growth, and institutional governance, reflecting a disciplined approach to risk management and long-term value creation.

Scot Kees
Chief Executive Officer
Scot brings more than 25 years of experience in investing, capital formation, and acquisitions, with a focus on financial technology, financial services, software, insurance, and wealth management. He began his career at an Am Law 100 firm before joining a Nasdaq-listed payments software company as General Counsel and later served C-level leadership roles across multiple private equity-backed platforms. Over the course of his career as an executive, Scot has been involved in more than 60 acquisitions and has overseen operations, human resources, compliance, risk, information security, and technology functions within organizations ranging from early-stage teams to enterprises with more than 1,000 employees. He brings a practical approach to integration, governance, and scalable infrastructure development, partnering closely with leadership to drive disciplined growth.

Tyler Gee
Chief Financial Officer
Tyler serves as Chief Financial Officer of Noral Dobbs Capital, where he oversees financial strategy, capital planning, and investment analysis across the family’s operating businesses and investment platforms. Over the past five years, he has progressed from senior analyst to CFO, working closely with ownership across residential construction, real estate development, and private investments, and contributing to underwriting and long-term capital allocation decisions. Prior to joining the organization, Tyler worked in public accounting, focusing on the banking and industrial sectors, including publicly traded financial institutions with approximately $10 billion in assets.
